Oxford International Financial Management Cell
Oxford International Financial Management Cell, is the second protected cell to be licenced in the insurance intermediaries market. The Cell was licenced on the 31st January 2014 by the MFSA as a protected cell of Jatco Insurance Brokers PCC Ltd in terms of the Companies Act (Cell Companies Carrying on Business of Insurance) Regulations, 2010 and to carry out business as an insurance intermediary in terms of the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Cap. 487). This Cell is owned by Oxford International Financial Holdings Ltd which is managed by Mr Matthew D’Emanuele.
The Cell’s intention is to provide insurance broking and risk management services, in the selling of both life and general insurance lines of business to companies and expatriate individuals operating in Malta and in the European Union. The principle strategy of the cell is to leverage on the benefits provided by the Broker PCC structure in order to provide a more cost effective service to clients. This is supplemented with the added benefit of passporting throughout the EU Member States.
